How do you photograph weddings?
I photograph weddings with a balance of gentle guidance and authentic storytelling. My goal is to capture your day as it truly unfolds — the big, emotional moments as well as the quiet, in-between ones you might not even realize are happening.
I step in when direction is needed and step back when moments are naturally unfolding. From joyful laughter to happy tears, I focus on real connection, genuine emotion, and the details that make your wedding day uniquely yours.
And yes — if the timing is right, I may sneak you away for a few minutes during golden hour. It’s my favorite time of day for soft, dreamy light, and it also gives you a quiet moment to soak in the fact that you’re officially married (don’t worry, I promise to bring you back 😉).
Throughout the day, I aim to create a calm, comfortable experience so you can stay present and enjoy every moment, knowing your memories are being captured with care and intention.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I’m based in St. Marys, Ohio, but I love traveling to capture your special moments. Whether you’re nearby or planning something a little farther away, I’m always happy to discuss travel options. Travel fees may apply depending on location, and any details will be clearly discussed before booking.
No matter where your story takes place, I’d be honored to be there to capture it.
When will we get our photos?
Turnaround time depends on the type of session and the season. Regular portrait sessions are usually delivered within 1–2 weeks, while wedding galleries can take 4–8 weeks because of the number of images and the detailed editing process.
Timelines may vary slightly depending on the season, but I always take care to ensure every image is beautifully and thoughtfully edited before delivery.
